Troublemakers Originals is the Troublemakers Group’s structure dedicated to films and long-form formats, from documentaries to animated series. Animated short films hold a special place within it: a demanding format where every shot and every second must carry the story.

We work with directors, often at the beginning of their careers, to produce personal and distinctive films created for festivals, cinema and streaming platforms.

From Writing to Festivals, We Support Every Step

Every project begins with a development phase: writing, visual research and animatics. We then build the film’s financing, working with creative funding schemes and support programmes such as the CNC, regional funds and artist residencies, as well as potential co-producers.

During production, we oversee the entire technical process: animation, compositing, sound and music. Once the film is completed, we support its festival distribution and its life beyond the initial release.
