Genesis is a short film about death and re-birth, exploring the inextricable link between the two concepts, and the inevitability of the act of transformation, on both a small and large scale. A long-time lover of sci-fi films, Onur here pays homage to the film masters who inspired him as an artist over the years. He undertook the project alone from start to finish, aspiring to challenge himself as a creator and endeavoring to push himself beyond his limits.
