Kirk Hendry adapts the well-loved Michael Morpurgo classic, Kensuke’s Kingdom, alongside Neil Boyle in their joint feature debut. The beautiful 2D animated film tells the story of Michael, a young boy who is shipwrecked on an island with his dog Stella. On the island, Michael soon meets an old Japanese man called Kensuke and the two form an unlikely friendship.
