Via is an animated film directed by Izzy Burton that tells the story of a life's journey through the use of majestic and dreamlike environments and significant characters. It shows how we must open our eyes to the good things that happen every day, to the experiences we share with the people we love, to the positive points and lessons to be learned, even in the most difficult moments. This film is mainly composed with 2D landscapes, which recalls watercolour technique. Nevertheless, 3D elements such as characters and some landscape elements give depth to the images. The combination of these two worlds makes Via a highly poetic and finely crafted film. Via has been pre-selected for the BAFTAs, has won several awards and has been selected for many festivals, in addition to being featured in several magazines.
